TO ALL AIRLINES FLYING TO AND FROM THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA
According to Order No 14-L of the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Republic of Armenia “On establishing State Safety Programme” dated 26 February 2021 any aviation accident, serious incident or incident involving civil aircraft of foreign countries on the territory of the Republic of Armenia is subject to reporting and, thus, investigation.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to report any occurrence happened in the Republic of Armenia to CAC (safety@gdca.am ) as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the occurrence, unless exceptional circumstances prevent this.
The objective of the exchange of information on occurrences is the prevention of aviation accidents and incidents in the Republic of Armenia.
The handling of the reports is done with a view to preventing the use of information for purposes other than safety, and appropriately safeguards the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and of the persons mentioned in occurrence reports, with a view to promoting a “just culture”.
